I made a Methi curry for my husband and father in law tonight. Easy to cook and loved by all. I added some Greek yoghurt to mine as I Can’t handle spicy food. It added to the flavour really well. Bought from a lovely ladt at the Tynemouth Market who really knows her stuff. Will be back for more!
